Anthony M. "Tony" Fazzio

Justice doesn’t just happen; it’s the result of aggressive, relentless, and competent  advocacy.   Anthony M. "Tony" Fazzio is the firm's principal  litigator.

Six months after being sworn in as a lawyer, Tony successfully defended a man wrongfully prosecuted for a capital offense.  Thus began, his career as a trial lawyer.

For more than 30 years, Tony has successfully represented working families in serious personal injury cases involving auto accidents, wrongful death, railroad accidents, complex litigation, defective products, offshore accidents, maritime and Jones Act claims, and especially cases involving product defects and bad faith claims against irresponsible insurance companies.

Tony is board certified in Civil Trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and he earned the highest possible peer-reviewed rating for professional excellence and integrity from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

Called the “Bull Dog” by his peers, in recognition of his relentless and aggressive pursuit of justice, Tony was admitted to practice in 1975 after earning a J. D. from Louisiana State University Law School.  Tony is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, including the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeal.
